Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
dama-nv.eu respects your privacy and is committed to transparency about how data is handled. This website does not directly collect personally identifiable information and does not operate any user registration, login, or payment systems.
Please note that certain technical data, including IP addresses, may be processed indirectly by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) in the course of normal operations. Under the GDPR, an IP address is considered personal data. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare, not by dama-nv.eu.
This website is intended for informational purposes only and is structured to limit direct data collection to the absolute minimum.
2. What Data We Collect
dama-nv.eu does not directly collect or store personal data such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. When you visit this website, the following technical data may be processed automatically at the infrastructure level:
- Device type and browser version
- Screen resolution and language settings
- Referring URL
- Pages visited and session duration
- Country-level location based on IP address
No personal accounts, comments, or contact forms are available on this website.
3. Cookies
dama-nv.eu does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by your browser or infrastructure, and these do not identify or track individual users.
As no tracking cookies are used, user consent for cookies is not required.
4. Hosting, Infrastructure and Data Processor
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare acts as our data processor within the meaning of the GDPR and may process technical data, including IP addresses, as part of its standard infrastructure and security services.
Cloudflare is a US-registered company. Data processing may take place outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Cloudflare provides appropriate data protection guarantees under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
dama-nv.eu does not receive, store, or have direct access to data processed by Cloudflare.
Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
5. Legal Basis
Technical data processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in order to:
- Ensure website security and performance
- Protect the website against abuse and malicious activity
We do not rely on user consent, as no tracking cookies or direct collection of personal data are used.
6. Your Rights
As dama-nv.eu does not directly collect personally identifiable data, we are technically unable to fulfill requests for data access, correction, deletion, or portability — no such data exists on our end.
For data processed by Cloudflare, please contact Cloudflare directly in accordance with their privacy policy.
If you believe your privacy rights are being violated in connection with this website, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or region.
